To brew your tea,
shake the container well to combine the herbs, add 2-3 teaspoons, top with hot - not boiled - water and let it steep for at least 5 minutes. The longer you brew your tea the more benefit is extracted from the herbs!
Remove your reusable tea bag, squeezing out the excess water, rinse and leave to dry.
