The combination of these herbs helps to reduce anxiety, aid in relaxation and promote faster, deeper and more restful sleep.
To brew your tea,
shake the container well to combine the herbs, add 2-3 teaspoons, top with hot - not boiled - water and let it steep for at least 5 minutes. The longer you brew your tea the more benefit is extracted from the herbs!
Remove your reusable tea bag, squeezing out the excess water, rinse and leave to dry.
Drink 1-3 cups in the evening for a better night’s sleep
